1. Use the Punjab Land Records portal

Go to the official website:https://plrs.org.in/ jamabandi.punjab.gov.in (jamabandi.punjab.gov.in)

Select the Current Jamabandi Period (or Previous, if needed).

Choose your District, Tehsil, Village, and Year.

Click Set Region.

From the menu, select View Jamabandi, then choose one of:

Owner Name (preferably in Punjabi)

Khewat No.
-
Khasra No.
-
Khatouni No.

Fill in details, solve the captcha, and click View Report. (jamabandi.punjab.gov.in, landowner.co.in, magicbricks.com)

Your Jamabandi (Fard) will appear. Click the Download PDF or Print button for the certified digital-signed copy.
2. Request & Track a Certified Certified Copy Online

On the portal, go to Online Request for Fard.

Select your search method (Owner / Khewat / Khasra / Khatouni number), enter details and captcha.

After viewing the Fard extract, click Yes to request a certified copy.

Delivery:

Email: within 3 days.

By courier: within 7 days. (landowner.co.in)

To check your request status, visit the Fard Request Status section and enter your Request ID.
3. Use the Punjab Zameen Mobile App (optional)
There’s an official app called Punjab Zameen (published May 2025) by the Punjab Land Records Authority. You can:

Get and download Fard of all types (after verifying your identity).
